Office Reopenings!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening on Monday, May 18th! As we have mentioned, this will be a soft opening with a full reopening soon. We will be cutting back our hours and allowing time for extra cleaning procedures between clients. Our more urgent patients will take priority in these early weeks and then we will work our way onto our maintenance patients.

Important information about your appointment:

• Office hours will vary depending on location and provider availability.
• We ask that you wait in your vehicle until we are ready for you.
• We are temporarily requesting payment prior to procedures.
• Your temperature will be taken before being escorted to your room.
• A mask is required to be worn at all times.
• If you do not have a mask, we will have disposable ones available for $0.50 each.
