MASSAGE SPA

Come visit our Massage Spa in Avondale, AZ! We are here to help with professional and caring massage therapy services.  Our massage therapist is one of the best in the business, offering Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and even a hot stone massage.

The way we look at it, getting a massage is not just pampering yourself, it is taking care of your health.  Treating the body with hands instead of medication can sometimes be more desirable.  Reducing body pain sometimes needs a hands on approach and that is what the Healing Edge brings.  If you think that our holistic treatment might be helpful to you, contact us today and make an appointment.

Our Massage Services

Chair Massage:

Involves the use of a specially designed chair which allows the client to sit comfortably while being treated by the therapist.  This includes bodywork similar to Swedish massage performed on a fully clothed client while in a seated position.

Swedish Massage:

Based on long hand strokes that are designed to stimulate circulation and soothe sore muscles.  Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing.  If you’ve never had massage before, this is a good one to try first.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial Release full body massage addresses trigger points, strains & sports injuries to release acute or chronic pain using the "It doesn't have to hurt to work" approach.  MYO Functional techniques work common trigger point locations, meridian pathways and referral zones to release tension and restore homeostasis.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.  It is a more focused massage, targeting specific muscle groups.  The therapist accesses deeper layers of soft tissue for maximum muscle relief.  People often feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage.

Hot Stone Massage:

This is an ancient, enduring form of therapeutic bodywork using heated stones as extensions of the hand.  This relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to areas which accelerates healing.  Clients can request light, medium or deep pressure.
