
Toni Bennalley, MSAc, MSOM, LAc

Toni Bennalley brings over three decades of healthcare experience to her role as founder of Healing Edge. She began her career in Western medicine as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician, working for Walgreens for 15 years while pursuing her studies in acupuncture. She earned her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA), where she also served as Student Body President and later joined the faculty.
Toni furthered her training at Chengdu University in China, where she received an honorary diploma and studied scalp acupuncture, tui-na, and emotional disorders. She was one of the first acupuncturists selected to work at Banner Estrella Medical Center, where she provided care for seven years. Her clinical specialties include neck and back pain, migraines, emotional imbalances, sciatic pain, addictions, and facial rejuvenation.
Certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA), Toni is a respected trainer and supervisor for Acu-Detox programs, including her work with Native American Connections. She was appointed by Governor Janet Napolitano to the Arizona Acupuncture Board of Examiners in 2007, serving two terms and holding roles as Chairperson and Secretary. Toni continues to teach and lead as Clinic Dean and Professor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at PIHMA.
Her deep understanding of both Eastern and Western medicine allows her to deliver integrative care with knowledge, compassion, and commitment to patient wellness.
